| Momentum for Mental Health is a public benefit corporation that
provides a broad array of effective services for
people who have a mental illness. We serve
youth, adults and older adults who have diagnoses
including schizophrenia, bipolar disorder and
major depression. All services are designed in
partnership with each person to ensure congruence
with unique needs, preferences, beliefs,
culture and language. Momentum for Mental Health and the
individual/family are partners in all service
